Services Offered

We are a specialized cage free home environment designed to provide a temporary home for dogs whose owners are unable to care for them for a period of time. We offer a safe and comfortable environment where dogs can stay, play, and receive proper care and attention.

Waggy Resort is responsible for ensuring that each dog’s basic needs are met, including feeding, exercise, and medication administration if required. We also monitor the dogs’ behavior and provide socialization opportunities to promote a positive experience for the dogs.

In addition to boarding, we also provide Doggy Daycare, Grooming & Training. You can choose from a range of options to customize your pet’s stay and ensure that your furry friend receives the best possible care.

Overall, Waggy Resort provides a safe, fun, and comfortable home away from home for dogs when their owners cannot be there to care for them.

Payment Terms

To confirm a reservation at Waggy Resort, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay is required. This deposit is due at the time of booking and will be applied towards the total cost of the reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 2 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in the cancellation of the reservation and the forfeiture of the deposit.

To make payments more convenient for clients, we also offer installment payments through Afterpay. Clients may choose to split the remaining balance into four equal payments, which will be automatically deducted from their designated payment method every two weeks. Afterpay charges no interest or additional fees for this service. Clients should review and understand the terms and conditions of the Afterpay service before selecting this payment option.

Cancellations and Refunds

It is the policy of Waggy Resort that no refunds will be issued for services rendered. Once a reservation has been confirmed and paid for, the client is responsible for the full cost of the boarding stay, regardless of the length of stay or the reason for early departure. This policy is in place due to the fact that Waggy Resort has limited availability and resources, and once a space is reserved, it cannot be offered to other clients. Additionally, the facility incurs costs and expenses related to preparing for each reservation, including staff time, cleaning, and maintenance, which cannot be recovered if a client cancels or departs early. Clients are encouraged to carefully review the facility’s policies and procedures before making a reservation and to contact the facility with any questions or concerns regarding their reservation or their pet’s stay.

Vaccination Requirements

To ensure the health and safety of all dogs in our care, we require that all dogs be up to date on their vaccinations before they can be admitted to Waggy Resort. Specifically, we require that dogs have current vaccinations for rabies, distemper, and Bordetella (kennel cough). Proof of vaccination must be provided before check-in. A copy can be attached to our reservation form. Dogs who do not meet these vaccination requirements will not be admitted to Waggy Resort. This policy is in place to protect the health and wellbeing of all dogs in our care and to prevent the spread of contagious diseases. Clients are encouraged to consult with their veterinarian to ensure that their dog is up to date on all required vaccinations before making a reservation.

Health Requirements

In addition to vaccination requirements, we also require that all dogs be in good health and free from fleas, ticks, and other parasites before they can be admitted to Waggy Resort. We recommend that clients apply a flea and tick preventative treatment to their dog at least 48 hours before their scheduled arrival to ensure maximum effectiveness. If fleas or ticks are detected on a dog during check-in, the dog may be denied entry to Waggy Resort until the infestation has been treated and resolved. This policy is in place to protect the health and wellbeing of all dogs in our care and to prevent the spread of parasites between dogs. Clients are encouraged to consult with their veterinarian regarding the best flea and tick preventative treatment options for their dog and to follow the recommended treatment schedule to ensure their dog is free from parasites prior to their stay at Waggy Resort.


While we take great care to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all dogs in our care, we cannot be held liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur while a dog is staying at Waggy Resort. By bringing their dogs to our facility, clients acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with boarding and daycare services. Clients are encouraged to provide accurate and complete information about their dog’s health, behavior, and needs, as well as any relevant medical history or special instructions, to help us provide the best possible care for their dog. Any injuries or illnesses that occur during a dog’s stay will be promptly reported to the client and their designated emergency contact, and we will make every effort to provide appropriate medical care and attention as needed. However, clients understand and agree that they are ultimately responsible for their dog’s health and wellbeing, and that they assume all risks associated with boarding and daycare services.


We understand how important it is for clients to have regular communication and updates regarding their dog’s stay while they are in our care. Therefore, we offer daily updates and pictures via email or text message for clients who wish to receive them. Clients can also call or email us at any time during their dog’s stay to check on their well-being and to receive updates on their activities and behavior. Additionally, we will promptly notify clients in the event of any significant changes in their dog’s health, behavior, or condition, or if any emergencies arise. We are committed to maintaining open and honest communication with our clients and ensuring that they have peace of mind knowing their dog is receiving the best possible care while they are away.


Waggy Resort collects personal information about each dog and their owner, including their name, contact information, health history, and any special needs or preferences. This information is necessary for the business to provide the best possible care for the dogs while they’re boarding.

Waggy Resort will always keep your information confidential to ensure that any information about your pets, such as medical records, feeding instructions, and behavioral issues, is kept private and not disclosed to anyone.

Confidentiality is essential to ensuring that the dog’s health and wellbeing are properly taken care of during their stay at the Waggy Resort


Waggy Resort reserves the right to terminate any agreement immediately and without notice in the event of non-payment or if the dog exhibits aggressive behavior that poses a risk to other dogs, our family, or other clients. In the event of termination for these reasons, no refunds will be issued. The client will be responsible for any damages caused by their pets.


The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Waggy Resort and its employees, officers, directors, agents, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in connection with the services provided under this Agreement. The Client shall assume full responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by their actions or negligence, and shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Waggy Resort from any claims or lawsuits arising from such damages or injuries. This indemnification shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

Admission and Discharge Times

Drop-off and Pick-up times are important aspects of our day-to-day operations. Drop-off times are typically from 6am to 2pm, allowing owners to drop off their pets at a convenient time during the day. During this period, Waggy Resort is available to welcome new arrivals, complete paperwork, and conduct any necessary assessments of the dogs. Pick-up times on the other hand, are no later than 7pm. This ensures that all dogs have received appropriate care and attention throughout the day, and any necessary medical treatment or observations can be completed before owners collect their pets. It also allows for any necessary cleaning and preparation for the next day. By setting clear Pick-up & Drop-off, it allows us to ensure that both pets and owners have a positive and stress-free experience.


When dogs are placed in a boarding facility, their behavior can vary depending on their individual temperment, past experiences, and the environment of the facility. Some dogs may exhibit signs of anxiety or stress due to being in a new and unfamiliar setting without their owners. They may show signs of restlessness, whining, or pacing, and may also have a decreased appetite or experience digestive issues. However, other dogs may adapt well to the routine and socialization opportunities provided. They may enjoy playing with other dogs, participating in activities and training sessions, and receiving human attention.
